Yes, I have had this pdoc for 8 years, but I recently moved out of state so I'm currently in the process of finding a new pdoc. Regarding a journal of how I feel on 1 or the other or both, I do have a spreadsheet that I use to enter in when I take my meds and I try to put notes in it from time to time regarding how I felt at the time. I haven't been using it very long but it is useful to look over, and even more so when I have put in notes regarding how I felt etc.Thanks for replying,
