Many times when I've switched between SSRIs (inc. Efexor), always without a brake, I've experience immediate responce lasting up to 10 days.
Examples are: Prozac to Efexor, Seroxat to Efexor (and vice-versa), Lustral to Cipramil, any SSRI to Seroxat.
Others seem to show little difference: Seroxat to Cipramil, any SSRI to Prozac (or prozac from anything for that matter).
I've been tempted before to rotate between Efexor & Seroxat, maybe 7 days on - 3 off - 7 on...., but decided against it - for the best no doubt.
