First of all, every med affects everyone differently.

But, yes, I have vivid dreams on Seroquel. I think it may be because it puts me in such a deep and wonderful sleep.

Does it cause weight gain? Personally, I don't think any emotion med causes weight gain. However, what Seroquel does do is cause grogginess or a tired feeling. When you are tired, you tend be less active. So you have to fight it, and force yourself to be active.

Bottom line: Seroquel is a miracle drug, but has its side effects. You have to decide if the benefits are worth those side effects. For me, they are.
