I've read a lot about Seroquel and at the amount you are taking, it really shouldn't affect your weight at all.
I don't know about the dreams- I took it several times, and although I slept, it didn't feel "restful" to me.
I have a question (and forgive me if this sounds dumb) but what exactly is psychotic depression?
