Hi Willyee,
I know I get frustrated when my questions don't get as much of a response as I hoped.
In your case, I just don't seem to ever have any input. I don't know much about Parnate. I can tell you that augmenting Nardil with Lamictal seems to be doing the trick for me.
Hope you find some good answers from your pdoc.
