Well, after musing about this stuff, I decided to make a complete allergy test, because thats actually something which did when I was ~ 10 years old. And now 16 years later things might look a lot different.
And an ohter thing I noticed, when I feel drpressed, I often have some facial swelling/edema, and when I take diphenhydramine (anti-hitamine), it improves depression and edema/swelling. And facial edema might be a an allergic symptom. Coffee helps too, but I crash after some while. Coffe, for a short time causes the release of adrenaline, which has a potent "anti allergic" effect. which fades quickly, hence the crash, maybe... hmmm
And my nose if permanently swollen.... Maybe due to a lack of catecholamines or an allergic symptom as well..
I surely will make a test and will let you people know about the results.
