I've gotten temporary relief from depression by taking anti-histamimes. I tried to bring up this subject with my p-doc and he blew it off.
I first noticed it with Nyquil (maybe I'll take some tonight).
Wm Walsh and the Pfeiffer Center have some interesting theories and treatments.
