I've tried both, and I think seroquel is better for anxiety. But as everyone else has already said, there is usually some grogginess.

Zyprexa has worked for me in the past in stopping anxiety and panic attacks dead in their tracks. But the problem is that it takes two hours after dosing for that to happen, for me. So I was clock watching a lot waiting and waiting. But when that two hours finally arrived, wow, what relief.

Seroquel seems a lot faster, like about half an hour.

Regardless of which one though, the good anti anxiety or anti panic stuff only lasted about 4 to 6 hours for me, and then I would need more.
