Help!! I have been taking Effexor xr 75mg in the morning for approx a year now. I do have 37.5 for extra boost in the afternoon if needed. Very seldom do I take that dose. My problem is just out of the blue I will start walking after getting up from a sitting position and start to feel dizzy, the room spins like I am on a ride at the carnival, I have to stop, sit down and wait for it to stop. This last time was the worst it lasted approx 10 seconds but the nausea, slight dizziness lasted for approx 1 hr. I have been reading up on withdrawls and this sounds like a withdrawl symptom. Has anybody else had this happen to them and what did you do for it?? Any advise would be helpful.. Thxs
