I agree about excersizing. I think it's the single best thing you can do to feel your best both mentally and physically. There are so many positive benefits to it. My doctor said if they could bottle excersize in pill form it would be the best treatment/seller for depression and anxiety.
I'd strongly recomend doing whatever it takes to excersize, particularly cardio workouts. When I do it, my mood is always better, anxiety too. When I don't, I can feel it. When I need to work out the most is when I lease feel like doing it, but I just make myself as I know when I'm done I'll feel better.
