I had mostly hypertension (150 or so systolic) starting it; of course, I started at 60mg/day that time. For myself, I see no reason for such slow dosage titration if I know what my therapeutic dose is. I have so much time under my belt taking amphetamine in combination with high-dose SSRIs that I couldn't imagine that much going wrong then.
It probably will resolve on its own; just keep in contact with your pdoc and let him decide. If you need a 2nd opinion, see a cardiologist.
