Im really not to worried about to much Seratonin in my brain.I did read an article that used controlled amounts of tyramine to control MAOI hypotension sucessfully, but the amount of tyramine in food products tends to be all over the map varing wildly between manufacturers, batch, and storage conditions. A safer bet is to increase your fluid and salt intake.
