The key part to that may be PRE-EXISTING. Meds are liver sensitized for the most part and toxic problems generally arise with most any class of meds in patients who are hepatic or renal compromised. Cymbalta’s formulation is so close to Prozac, I wonder if that was a finding with Prozac also.
