how long ago did your doc up your meds? sometimes it takes a few weeks for the full effect to kick in.
your wellbutrin could still be upped to 450.give it time, otherwise i think the hospital is the safest place to try out medications, cuz they can stop and start quickly with medical staff around incase of serious side effects. talk to your doctor, voice all your concerns.
maybe adding a stimulant may help you. i'm on Ritalin 20LA, used as AD and stimulant for me. it really makes a difference.
