It's very true. Not all "E" is the same and you never know what you are really getting. It can certainly cause depression and brain damage. Obviously not for everyone, but it's like a game of Russian Roulette. You make take it a few times and be fine and then take it another time and die from it or suffer organ damage. Depression would be come naturally as the drug wears off because it makes you very happy (hence the name).
