Oh my God, wildcard. You have fatigue too? You also have a low thyroid? We also have issues with our parents. Wow!!!
I take a nap for 2 hours everyday that I am off of work. I dont know how you do it as a single mom.
I was checked for the Epstein virus. I also took some herbs to get rid of candida. I have gotten past feeling guilty about taking a nap. I figure if I am tired, my body needs rest.
