IMO, MAOIs are waaaaay underutilized. It's a great shame that so many pdocs aren't familiar with them. The new drugs have taken over.

Nardil affects serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine, PEA and GABA. Nardil affects the serotonin system in a different way to the SSRIs.
