Wellbutrin seems to worsen panic becuase it increases dopamine and noradrenaline, (not what you want) these are the nuerotransmitters that make you "vigilent" alert.

Panic disorder sometimes you may have to much of this already.

I rerember wellbutrin made me feel derealization during panic, beuase of the severe anxiety that was caused.
