Hi Ed.

> What was your experience with viqualine?

I experienced a mild improvement in mental energy without much effect on mood. Viqualine is a combination serotonin reuptake inhibitor and serotonin releaser. I did not feel apathetic or amotivated.

> I presume you took it as part of a clinical trial, I don't think it's ever been marketed, has it?

I don't think so. I wish I had a better idea from the investigator as to how much success he had with it. I think he liked the drug.

Yes sir. I guess that possibility exists for muscarinic agonists (direct or indirect) in general.

1. In case depression is caused by Lyme Disease.
2. In case depression is caused by chronic inflammation.

It exacerbated my depression significantly.

Any particular reason? No market?

I agree. Hopefully, Trileptal will obviate the need for trying it again.

A pure serotonin releaser. I found it to be without effect, good or bad. Clean drug.

HOW IN GOD'S NAME DO YOU MANAGE TO REMEMBER EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYBODY?

Admit it. You're using a database program!

It's pretty cool having you around. Don't let yourself burn-out too quickly and lose interest in PB. It does happen.
