i feel dizzy, with body buzz like that comes and goes.I get pains in my chest right above my left breast left arm feel weird as well, i find it hard to breathe, doc does say that i have depression and panic attacks, Are these attacks (feelings) all in my mind or is ther a chance of really havin a heart attack or stroke, p.s. i took my self of effexor and syptoms are worst
