lexapro rebound effect?

Posted by cockeyed on May 31, 2005, at 0:19:04

I was taking 40 mgs. of lexapro daily. DEpression seemed past but I began to develop serious leg and back pain and felt lousy. MyPdoc is on vacation so but I stopped the lexapro without tapering off. Legs and back are fine, but the depression is right back. So I found some prozac and effexor I'd taken before and tried that. Bad boy, 'sposed to toss the old stuff, etc. I know, but depression makes my mind turn every moment into a trial of misery.well, the prozac and effexor seem to work. I also take neurontin which seems to make me a bit lethargic, but anything is better than constantly falling into the paralysis of living that depression seems to invoke. It's like a tide of putrid sewage starts flowing thru my head. I've kept off line because of the "what's the use" dodge. and while I'm at it, has anybody experienced serious breathing problems while taking large dosages of topamax or heart arrthymia? cockeyed
