Hey Ben I'm afraid I had a bad experience combining Effexor with Moclebemide a few months ago.
I added a very low dose of Moc (50mg) to my 150mgs of Effexor.
Initially it stimulated me, but then I felt tired, it also caused a lot of anxiety/agitation.
I don't think there's much risk of developing seratonin syndrome on this combination as long as your very careful.
Mocs not like an ireversible MAOI (sadly)
I remeber reading a report a long time ago on this board, by someone who did have success on this combination.
The thing about Remeron and COMPT is really interesting, I seem to respond well to Remeron.
