Actually this is sort of an interesting question; I assume you're referring to obsessing about possible side effects, reading the PDR from cover to cover and generally feeling reluctant to take anything.. if this is what you're referring to, I've experienced it during the therapy I'm now on. It's sort of an obsession about an obsession in a way. Luvox helped in my regards, although I can't say that taking a pill will "stop thinking." You are who you are made up of, medication just helps. CBT (behaviour therapy) as mentioned helps as well.
