I will ask my doctor about this, and also consult with a family friend who's one of those young "hip"-type shrinks, although he once told me when I was asking about Depakote and weight that in almost all of his patients, simply controlling carb intake and exercising moderately kept the weight under control. I think he said sometimes he'd throw in a little phentermine, etc., but that it really usually isn't necessary.
