Yes, I take chromium because I'm hypoglycemic. (Stay away from the picolinate version though.) I've never heard of Gymnemna Sylvestre.

I hear you. That's one of my big fears in trying Nardil but I am encouraged that some people have been able to maintain or even lose weight while on it.

:-) Only you can judge what the priority is for you. I have a feeling that if you started gaining a significant amount of weight, the priorities might change.
