Hi,
I have tried Anafranil. The side effects I experienced were some weight gain, dry mouth and quite a bit of dizziness (orthostatic hypotension). I don't think everyone experiences as much dizziness, but I was already dealing with low blood pressure, so the Anafranil seemed to make it worse for me (especially when I stood up too quickly or was on my feet for an extended period of time). I didn't have any weird side effects.
I hope it works for you with minimal side effects. It is apparently supposed to be one of the best for OCD.
