Funny how we are all different. Klonopin, hardly sedating at all and the withdrawal effects the worst. No sexual side effects. Was great for emergecnt panic. Dout it would do much now, use betas to slow my heart.

Xanax: Was sedating for about a year but quit being so. Stopped working for emergency panic. Definite bad sexual side effects.

Valium: Very sedating for about a month then poops out. Sexual side effects are postitive if anything. Holds down panic, at least a bad a attack, for now.

Generally I become tolerant easy to benzos and coming off is brutal, long term. So I take Valium to keep in check the really wild stuff. I refuse to take ADs as they do nothing for me.
