I haven't been home for two days so i haven't been on the Board. Xanax used to calm a panic attack, ativan at one time just relaxed me, klonopin depresses me-the only one that does, and valium works the best for me. I don't know i'm taking it and maybe my chemistry has changed, but I don't seem to be anxious anymore at least not that I'm aware of. Fondly, Phillipa
