when do the sedative effects wear off completely? i am particularly prone to them from other meds. (ie. rememron, risperdal, and seroquel knock me out!) how long does it take for the anti-amotivation/anti-rumination effects to start up and at what dose would it be best to take?
im also concerned about the distinct pharmacology of the drug. at low doses does it only target dopamine AUTOreceptors? what other receptors does it target? is it anticholoinergic or anything else wacky as well?
