I'm not quite sure. I can't decide if trying something like 125mg Depakote would be worth a try before I go back to the list of SSRI's. Also, I've never tried a TCA which might be worth a try just to see.
What's funny is I have a drawer full of samples and leftovers from past prescriptions. My selection includes: Paxil, Luvox, Prozac, Cymbalta and Wellbutrin XL. I've tried all of these in the past except Cymbalta. But they will all be like new because I haven't given any of these a fair try since I've been sober. I really can't count my past experiences when I was drinking daily.
I have at least a 3 week supply of each, so I guess I could lay them all out and spin a bottle? If I make an appointment to get my pdocs input, she will probably say "well, you could try Paxil, Prozac, etc." May as well save myself $125.00 for those words of wisdom.
