I take 150 mg of Trazodone every night for the past 5 years. I have no libido at all. I am a female. When I had major surgery I did not take any trazodone for three days and my libido returned. That was fantastic but I could not act on it. This dosage causes constipation for me and I have cut the dose to 100 mg and constipation goes away but I head into a downward spiral of depression because of lack of sleep. When I say constipation I mean I have to take $200 to $400 worth of other digestive drugs every month to counteract it (Zelnorm and Miralax). I'm going to ask my doctor to try Lunesta.
