All that aside my anxiety and paranoia is at an all time low, I went into the village today and the job centre, wandered about and was fine seems small but experiences like that have been rare until recently for me. Have had an annoying preoccupation about whether my food had been replaced by pureed octopus but thats stupid rather than a source of concern. Life goes on. Buns
