Recall the tablet Effexor (little house-shaped tab) ... took for maybe 1 to 2 yrs, and yes increased dosage w/ tolerance.
When Eff-XR capsules came out, tried right away. I was high as a kite, too high! Stopped it. Tried others.
One to two yrs later decided give Eff-XR capsules another try; I was totally fine, no real high or real low.
I feel my body must have recognized it, even after it had not been in my system for a year; knew where it left off and what it wanted now, ... or then. I am no longer on it.
Answer for me was, yes, did need to increase along the way w/ tolerance.
