Colleen,
Thanks for your support. Actually, I am having one problem lately. My blood pressure is sky high (150/118), and has been since I started the Effexor. My doctor thinks it's the Triphasil birth control pill which I'm on too. I will stop the pill, but if my blood pressure is still high, I will have to stop Effexor (if I don't drop dead of a heart attack first!). Which drug did you say is similar? How about Celexa?
> I'm happy to hear you're doing well on it too. I know what you mean about recognizing the profound differences in your feelings, emotions, and behavior. Now if I could just get my husband to see a doc and get something for his depression, I think life would be just about perfect, or as perfect as it can be. Quality of life is what it's all about and I'm enjoying life MUCH more than I did before Effexor. I look back on problems I've had over time in relationships and in the workplace and I wish I had realized that my behavior wasn't "normal." There are quite a few things I'd like to do over in my current frame of mind.
