I take .25 mg. Since I take it as needed, when I'm feeling really anxious and agitated, there's no set dosing schedule. But logically, it's generally when I'm up and about. I've been taking it nearly every day since my work blew up and I was called on the carpet. Once a day, or perhaps even once every other day, seems to be more than enough - even during this rough time. Most of the time I can go weeks without taking one.
