Hypomania comes in many forms. I've posted this link many time, but I think you will find it helpful.http://www.psycheducation.org/depression/frameset.html It tells you all the different states you can be in. It could be you are coming down now or maybe you are a rapid cycler and will go through several moods in one days.

For me the worst is when I am in a mixed state - depressed and hypomanic.
