Great to hear and glad for you! It's been a week since I started taking 60mg. Total of 20 days on it. I think it's then early to judge its effectiveness.

Since I started the 60 I started getting side effects. Constipation, amd most frustrating the anorgasmia. I know many depressed people can be doing already bad at that department at baseline but me I don't suffer from major depression, maybe some very mild form. My main problem is social phobia, so I was pretty active sexually. I am start feeling bad about this now, really frustrating and a since of impotence has kicked in.

Have you experienced improvement on this side effect after some time? Have you found something that can help?

Was it not necessary to increase the dose with time?

Thanks,
Ted.
