Yes, absolutely. i've been on it for about a year and a half now (alternative between 45mg & 60mg, but mostly 60mg), and it has also literally been a miracle drug for me. It has relieved my extreme Major Depression and bad SP/SAD to incredible degrees. i only avoid cheeses (most), tap beer, sour kraut (sp.?), and aged or cured meats. i readly eat mozzarrella, provalone, and some ricotta, and often drink red wine and bottled beer with no untoward effects. i've only had one hypertensive reaction on Nardil and it was because i was stupid and forgetful enough to have 50mg ephedrine one time on it (that was a bad experience, needless to say).
If you have any kind of moderate-or-worse social anxiety problems or fairly treatment resistant depression, you would do very well to give Nardil a try. If it works for you and you can tolerate the side effects that are pretty troublesome for some people, you will love it.
The only side effects i personally have are constipation, lessened libido and orgasmic quality/ability-- which i admittedly detest, but is still very worthwhile-- and possibly some partial cognitive difficulties, though it's hard to tell for sure if it's from Nardil or just... something else.
Nardil saved me from deep despair and potential death.
