Remeron is xxx. This medication is used mostly in the elderly population where variation in metabolism can be very different because of this reason. I dont know how many times the normal dose your dog consumed. In humans there are reports of people taking xxx times the normal dose without life threatening effects. Your dog is probably gonna be asleep for many hours due to mirtazapines long halflife. I haven't been able to find any ld50 values for mirtazapine so i can't really say how dangerous this dose might be. If you are unable to get to a vet check your dogs breathing until she wakes up.
