I'm sorry that this happened happened with you. I really hope your dog is alright and gets better. It seems like very sad thing to have this happen.
The best thing to do is either call 911 or poison control and have her taken to a vet or hospital pronto. Hopefully, they can run some tests and give her something to get the drug clean from her body.
Some good news, though, is that death is usually not associated with Remeron overdose (unless it's mixed with overdose of other drugs) according to some studies. Some info about Remeron overdose can be found at the following sites:
