I have no clue about the science... but I do know that my hands shake tremendously on Wellbutrin (I think it's XL? Not sure if there is a difference between reg and XL anyway?)... I am on a high dose though. 600mg and i'm well under 100 pounds. I feel jittery for a period of a few hours during the day when I take it. Nothing at all like the anxiousness I experienced on Adderall, however. I find it helps me focus and keeps me on task. The only thing I mind is the hands shaking. I used to consider myself an artist. I would like to think so anyway. But I can't produce anything but garbage without a steady hand :( My favorite thing to do was stipling pen & ink -- millions of tiny dots -- so obviously that's out of the question now.
