Well I don't know if this brings you any comfort, but that's EXACTLY how I felt on Lexapro/celexa.
I felt that way after the medication kicked in 2-3 weeks into it. VERY bizarre, anxious, internally restless and just generally like I was losing my mind.
So I imagine in can also make one feel that way if they miss a dose.
sorry you had to feel that. I know how miserable it is and it's very hard to describe to people.
