Suggestions for combating amphetamine tolerance?

Just now starting Adderall(XR) with my daily Klonopin. I've heard of NMDA antagonists helping and I remember reading something about Alka-seltzer awhile back that Ames Sans Vie posted. Anyone have any simple suggestions? Recommended brand of dextromethorphan? Thanks,
