I quit taking 20 mg of Lexapro, after a few days it started to feel kind of like I was on a boat when sitting or laying down. I started 5 mg and took that for a couple of weeks then stopped with no problem. I also cold turkeyed Zoloft with no problems so maybe I'm not a good example. 60 mg seems like alot to just quit though.
