A lot of your symptoms were probably withdrawal symptoms from Seroquel. It's good to know that you're feeling better :-)

That's a good sign. Is anything upsetting you at the moment?

That's soooo not true! Lots of people will be interested.

I don't think so, but you might need 15mg aripiprazole once you're off the Seroquel.
Are you going to continue decreasing the Seroquel? Does your doc want you to increase the aripiprazole to 15mg?
