Thank-you so much for such a positive response. I believe everything you say is true. Ironically I live 7miles from Emerald Isle in NC. Walking the beach is one of the ways I enjoy excercising. Only problem is the next 4 days temps are in the 30's. I know that doesn't sound that cold, but the wind really gets you. Last year I walked 5 miles when it was 26 degrees out. So far,no side effects and that's a miracle for me. Thanks,Phillipa
