Things are alright on the tryptophan (thanks for asking!). I can't seem to do without some Klonopin for the anxiety though, and dosing of the trypt. is pretty annoying, because I'm taking so much!! I'm sleeping better, not perfect, but better. The night time racing thoughts are reduced, for sure. :).
Funnily enough, I've just added AL-Carnitine, this week. I used to take it a few years ago, so we'll see how that works. I've taken NADH (2 diff. brands) in the past as well, it works for energy and concentration, but it gives me headaches, :( . Come to think of it, I've had NO headaches for weeks now (yay), since dropping Celexa and calcium suppl. and adding trypt.
Have to remember all the little improvements!How goes your experiments?
