I can't beleive that Xanax was causing you anxiety. It's the only thing I have found that I know will take care of my anxiety. Of course I am not taking as high a dose as you. I just went off Effexor 2-3 days ago. I took 1 Lexapro today and had a horrible reaction (nervous, shaking, dizzy, nausea, BAD!) My Mom had to come to take care of my child while I slept it off. I'm really worried about the withdrawl I might have from the Effexor, from what I've been hearing from evrybody, it might be bad. Does anyone have any suggestion for what might help? And when might I be expecting them?
