It seems like most folks on this site tout Klonopin for anxiety. I found Ativan [Lorazepam] to be the absolute best, and have no side effects.
As I've said elsewhere on this site, I am a trial lawyer, and have to be sharp and not too nervous in court, and Ativan has been perfect for me. If I am having a bad panic attack, and just dissolve a .5 mg in my mouth, it works quickly with no sedation.
Your mileage may vary, but for those considering Benzo's, I'd give this one a try.
