I too am on a very small dose..only .5mg at night, but I usually feel so tired the next day..it's awful. I also feel "out of it" and spacy..it's almost an "apathetic" feeling. I don't know how else to describe it, but it does help for the anxiety part. Please let me know how you are doing on just the xanax. I think I may try mine this week, and hope for the best....was once daily enough for you and did you feel anxious at all being on it???
